About
Hon. Dr. Jonner Napitupulu has become a Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland from the year of 2010 to now, and through the Honorary Consul journey has been awarded two times appreciations:
- Golden Cross of Merit given by the President of the Republic of Poland, H.E. Mr. Andrzej Duda in the year of 2021. The Certificate of appreciation was handed by the current Ambassador H. E. Madam Beata Stoczynska in Medan on the 6th October, 2021 witnessed by Governor of North Sumatra Mr. Edy Rahmayadi.
- Acknowledgement as the most active Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in 2013 by the Polish Ministry of Economy, and this was given by the Ambassador H. E. Tadeusz A. Szumowski, Ph. D in Medan witnessed by Governor of North Sumatra Mr. H. Gatot Pujo Nugroho, ST, MSi.

Jonner is also active as Executive member of North Sumatra Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) and has been appointed to be the Vice Chairperson in charge of Foreign Investment and Promotion in this current term of 2017 – 2022. In addition is also a member of Lions Clubs of Indonesia and was once assigned to serve as a District Governor of Lions Clubs of Indonesia District 307A in the year of 2005 – 2006, and of Indonesian Association of British Alumni as graduated to get a Ph. D degree at the University of Leeds, England, UK.

Poland has approximately 38 523 000 inhabitants, which gives it the 8th place in the most populated countries in Europe. Poland covers a total area of 312 685 square kilometers, which makes it the 9th largest country in Europe.
The official language of Poland is Polish and the Złoty is the official currency. Złoty is subdivided into 100 groszy.
Poland has a world class musician named Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin. FF Chopin was a composer and virtuoso pianist of the Romantic period who wrote primarily for a solo piano. He has maintained worldwide renowned as a leading musician of his era, one whose “poetic” genius was based on a professional technique that was without equal in his generation.
